A trip to Northampton, MA
Last weekend I went to Northampton to visit my Smith College roomie Sarah More and her husband and 3 kids. Her youngest is 6 months old, and Sarah is a great source of advice for any to be mom.
Ready for the 4 hour drive.
Sarah and Lydia, who is 3 years old, at Paradise Pond at Smith College, looking at the geese.
Sarah, Lydia, and Jake, who is 6 years old, in Jake's favorite room in the Smith Greenhouse - the cactus room.
Lydia watching goldfish in the Smith Greenhouse.
We went to the greenhouse to the the Mums show. Some plants have been trained to be 7 feet tall!
New England in November. Driving in the mountains of Massachusetts along route 202, you get this view of the Quabban Resovoir, whicj provides drinking water to the Boston area.
